·  Developed business plan, go-to-market strategy and identified competitive landscape and potential alliances for a new biodiesel technology company.

·  Assessed the business strategy, provided the development plan and the project economics for a commercial scale plant to produce a 2^nd generation renewable substitute for diesel.

Shell Canada Limited

·  Developed strategy, project execution plans and economics for a $500 million second-generation ethanol facility, partnering with a third party.

·  By invitation of the CEO, Sustainable Development Technology Canada, designed policy perspective on the incentive requirements for the NextGen Biofuels Fund announced in the 2007 Federal Budget.

·  Led the supply logistics and quality assurance field trials for the multi-stakeholder Alberta Renewable Diesel Demonstration (ARDD) Project.

·  Introduced a new supply and logistics strategy for oil product supply to the Canadian Arctic, enhancing the business by $10 million per year.

·  Negotiated a complex 3-party supply agreement to provide utilities and services to two chemical companies.

·  As lead negotiator representing two companies, concluded and implemented a long-term contract with a third party valued in excess of $50 million.
